California residents may also request information regarding certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California Civil Code Section 1798.83. AI Apollo does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Nevada residents may opt out of a future sale of certain covered information under Nevada law by contacting us at privacy@aiapollo.ai. AI Apollo does not currently sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.
Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of individuals where permitted by law. We may require written authorization and identity verification before fulfilling those requests. If we deny an appealable request, you may reply to our response to submit an appeal, and we will review it in accordance with applicable law.
